Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier workload, and seasonal demand.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
Because we work with global suppliers and fulfillment partners, estimated shipping times are:
Standard Shipping:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–20 business days
- Europe: 7–25 business days
- Canada & Australia: 8–25 business days
- Rest of World: 10–30 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately because products may be shipped from different warehouses or suppliers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping promotions are active.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow several days for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If incorrect information is provided, additional charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once orders are marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for stolen packages. If you experience delivery issues, please contact us and we will try to assist.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.
